Getting started

To help you feel more comfortable I offer a ‘quick chat’ phone call to explain a little bit about what I do and answer any questions you may have for me about hypnotherapy.

The aim of the call is to understand what you are looking to achieve and help you feel comfortable before your appointment. It also allows you to familiarise yourself with the sound of my voice so that during the session you are able to relax.

My private practice is based in Notting Hill however I can also use Zoom and Skype to conduct my sessions for those who live outside of London or simply prefer to do their session remotely.

Option One: One-to-One Session

One rapid transformational therapy session, that is personalised and tailored to you with a 21 day recording.

Option Two: Three Month Transformation

Three transformational therapy sessions, held at monthly intervals. Personalised rewiring recordings after each session.

Three 1 hour follow ups included.
