How long does an RTT session take?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. To make sure that you are not rushed, I ask you to block out 2 hours in your calendar for our session. You leave the session with a personalised audio that you commit to listening to every day (max. 20 minutes) for at least 21 days. The reasons behind this will be explained in our pre session talk.
How does RTT work?
Hypnosis is science - not magic! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that allows you to access the subconscious mind, the same as when you’re in REM sleep (Rapid eye movement). Anyone can do it, It’s very easy and effective.
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
Even if you believe that you know the reason, you may see it in a completely new way. What makes RTT so transformative is when you change the meaning attached to certain events and ultimately, change your beliefs or behaviours. Relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you all you need to see.
What does it feel like to be under hypnotherapy?
The experience feels unique to everyone. While some may feel a deep relaxation, others feel a floating sensation. Others may feel lethargic and some energised. Most people feel very comfortable and at ease throughout. It is a sleep of the nervous system, you are not asleep. Most importantly, how you feel is not an indicator of how effective the session is. Regardless of what it may feel like - just trust that it is working.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
It is not important how deep you go as the depth of your trance is not linked to the results. Try to not consciously make reason of what is happening during the session and just allow the process to work.
How many sessions of RTT do I need?
RTT is designed to retrain your brain in a powerful way, to create big changes in your life. Most clients achieve amazing results in just one sessions. Some clients may need more than one RTT session, depending on what we are working on. I recommend having 3 sessions when it comes to working with weight, compulsions and sabotage. For this reason, I have different treatment plans available.
